Our First Project

Kudima One

Kudima One is the first villa in our portfolio: a single boutique residence set into a green hillside, with sweeping views over the surrounding hills. It sits on an unusually generous 1,100 sqm plot, rare for a single home in Indonesia, with room left over for future add-ons and a private garden. Inside are three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and an open-concept living area where the living room, kitchen and terrace flow into one. Clean modern architecture in travertine and natural stone opens onto a private infinity pool and a shaded outdoor lounge, with a warm, timeless material palette that blends into the landscape. Kudima Property Lombok operates as a PT PMA, Indonesia's legal vehicle for foreign-owned companies. That gives us a recognised legal basis to hold and develop land in Indonesia, to own the buildings and assets we create, with proper corporate governance and a structure built for cross-border work from day one.

German precision in planning and finance meets a deep local network in land, permits and construction across West Nusa Tenggara. Everything we do runs inside this structure, so it stays transparent, compliant and secure.
